These terms govern use of the SecHive website and any product trial or pilot run under a separate Master Services Agreement. They are deliberately brief.

The SecHive website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or use the site to defame, harass or violate any law.
The SecHive platform is for systems, source code, applications, devices, labs and bug bounty programs you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are responsible for your authorization. SecHive will refuse engagements without a clear authorization paper trail.
SecHive, the SecHive logo, the helmet mark and the platform's source code are the property of SecHive.ai. Public case studies and benchmark write-ups on this site may be cited with attribution. Reproduction or modification without permission is reserved.
Pilots are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes a commitment to engage or a guarantee of result.
The website is provided "as is". The platform's warranty terms are set out in the relevant Master Services Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecHive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Limitation of liability for engagement work is set out in the Master Services Agreement.
For EU-based customers, the website is governed by the laws of Ireland. For US-based customers, the website is governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction's competent courts.
