These terms govern use of the public SecHive.ai website. Any research collaboration or authorized testing requires a separate written agreement.

Project identity
SecHive is an independent cybersecurity research project operated by Charles Vosburgh, a United States-based sole proprietor. SecHive is not an LLC, corporation, registered company, or entity established in the European Union.
1. Acceptable use
The SecHive website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or use the site to defame, harass or violate any law.
2. Authorized use of the platform
SecHive research and tooling are for systems, source code, applications, devices, labs, and programs the operator owns or is explicitly authorized to test. Users are responsible for obtaining and respecting authorization and scope.
3. Intellectual property
Original SecHive.ai text, branding, and project materials are owned by Charles Vosburgh unless otherwise noted. Public advisory records and third-party project names remain subject to their respective owners and licenses. Public writeups may be cited with attribution.
4. Trial / pilot
Any authorized evaluation or collaboration is governed by its own written scope. Nothing on this site is a commitment to engage or a guarantee of result.
5. Warranty
The website and public materials are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charles Vosburgh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or public materials.
7. Governing law
The project is operated from the United States. Applicable governing law and forum depend on the operator's location and the circumstances of a dispute. This page does not select the law of a jurisdiction where the project is not established.
